Julie Boyden serves as the Program Director at NorCal Treatment Centers, where she oversees daily operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality care across all levels of service. In her role, Julie provides clinical supervision to counselors and leads ongoing staff training, fostering a supportive and accountable environment that prioritizes both client outcomes and professional growth. Her day-to-day work involves coordinating program operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining standards of excellence in treatment services.
Julie brings over ten years of experience in the field of substance use disorder treatment. She is a certified substance use counselor through CCAPP (CADC II) and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento, as well as a Master of Social Work from California Baptist University. Her background combines clinical expertise with strong leadership in program development and implementation.
