Your Choices Regarding Your Information
- Opting out: If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you can unsubscribe by replying with words such as “cancel,” “end,” “quit,” “unsubscribe,” or “stop.” You will no longer receive messages after unsubscribing.
- Re-subscribing: If you wish to resubscribe to SMS messages, reply with word “stop.”
- Updating your contact information: To ensure the accuracy of your contact information and receive uninterrupted messages, click here to update your details.
Please note that unsubscribing from SMS messages will not remove your personal information from NorCal Treatment Centers internal systems.
